Agriculture land title changed by forgery and fraud

iam hindu, my father have 10 acers land, have two sons, ours is still combined family, 6 years back my elder brother has done some fraud and got 5 acers on his name with same survey number without my father and my family knowledge and avail the crop loan. we came to know about this recently, when i asked he has done the man handled me with intention of killing me, complaint also placed but no action taken, how do i go forward. i want to know for what all the legal punishments he is eligible under which sections

you should file a criminal complaint under Section 322 in The Indian Penal Code.
If police have not filed a FIR under section 154, you can file a private complaint in the court u/s156(3) and the magistrate will order the police to investigate in to the case.
for cancellation of fraudulent registered settlement deed through which your brother has obtained 5 acres, you should file a civil suit for cancellation of the registered settlement deed.
You can also file a criminal case against your brother u/s 420 , 467 , 471, of IPC, for fraudulent and forged document(settlement deed)
