Agriculture land granted for a Muslim person

Mus got Saguvali chit in his name. Property is more than 20years so allowed to sale. Condition is he should sale for 15years that's the only condition. 1. Should we take his family tree from Tahsildar and everyone in it should they sign? He is saying not required as his only name in Saguvali chiti.

You should take NOC from tahasildar to sell the land when alienation period has mentioned in the saguvali chit. Before buying any land take proper legal opinion from advocate. If you need any advice please contact me
