Agriculture land divided among two parties wants legally register it

Currently a piece of agriculture land in Palam Vihar J Block is divided among two parties on mutual agreement. The document presented to Revenue dept is having sign of both parties with stamps of applicable govt officers. Now, both parties wanted to get their shares legally registered so that they either sell, built home etc. on their respective shares. Please provide suggestions on how to proceed. thanks.

The said agricultural land can be divided between two sharers by way of sale deed, or gift deed.Once the Sale deed is registered in respective names of the owners,the same shall be recorded in the latest jamabandi and mutation must be recorded on basis of those sale deeds.It will confirm the ownership of respective co-sharers of their respective piece of land officially in revenue records.
