Agriculture Land dispute in Haryana

Hello Experts , My Grand Father had 30 acres of farm land in Haryana. He had three sons and he had given all his son equal piece of land i.e 10 acres each just for farming ( in Haryana it is called "Gole Khaata" - temporary ownership). My Grand Father have passed now . One of my Uncle have sold all its share to a third party. Sir now there is an acquisition going to happen by Haryana govt of 6 acres(3 acres of my father + 3 acres of my other uncle) of our total land . Sir , according to rule he will also get the equal amount of part of compensation as of us although he have sold all its 10 acres. How can we get all our compensation without going into his hand?
