Agricultural house near pune ancestral property can deed be challenged

Hi, I have a agricultural land near pune . It is ancestral property. It is on my father's name only. My & my sisters name not on 7/12 . I want to give my land to someone on lease. Can my father give it? Is this lease deed challenge by my sisters? Is the deed will be stop ?
If there is no dispute in your house you may give your land on lease. But your property is ansestral then every successor has right in ansestral property therefore they may object about alienation or creating any interest in the property.

Hello, as per your facts your name is not there in 7/12 extracts so the person only whose name is on record of rights he shall have all the rights to deal with the said property and none else. So if it is your father then only he shall be having rights over the said property at present.
