16-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Sir, I made an agreement to buy 2/3 share of my paternal Uncle in house and a shop. 1/3 share belongs to me. Agreement was done in year 97 like I have to pay total consideration of 145000/ in two installments.I paid both installments with specified time of six months. My uncle approached court in year 2012 for contract to be time barred and admitted that second installment was not paid. The judge decree with cost. Should I appeal?
