After the death of husband does wife get the same right as children in only property ?
the distribution of a deceased husband's property depends on several factors including whether there was a will or how many children does that person had.
if there is no will the wife may inherit the entire state if there are no children but if there are children the property is usually split between the wife and the children.
so yes after the death of husband wife get the same right as children in only property and is considered as class 1 heir

yes, class 1 heirs include wife mother children, section 9, 10 Hindu succession act. wife and children gets equivalent share, subject to intestate or testamentary succession plus self earned or ancestral property has same criteria in this case as per facts and circumstances of present case.
