08-Oct-2024 (In Property Law)
Anyproperty divided through a partition deed, family arrangement, etc. loses itsancestral character. "X" acquired the property by way of a registered partition deed. Is the property belongs to "X" as self acquired property? Can the "X" son claim the property as Joint family property? After partition of Ancestral Property will be self acquired property? or Joint family property of the family of partitioned person. Please clarify.
