After gift deed (2 brothers to nephew) of one floor!

2 brothers to nephew ( my brother's son) the residential floor after gifting my position ! Am I have any right of the building such as rooftop / common passage / staircase ? Am I used as my permanent residential address proof for aadhar card/ voter card/ pan card/ ration card ?
The wordings of the gift deed will answer your question. If you have gifted the flat, then you have right to common amenities. If you have gifted the flat with common facilities, then you have no right over the common facilities.
However you can use your existing Aadhar pan and ration card with the flat address. However it is advised to update the address in these documents
