After father's death does Mom become fully owner

Hi. IAM from Hindu family... My father expired... I am staying with my mom in my father's house.. I Wana know after father's death,, wife gets the house ownership? If yes can we make will as my mom wants to transfer house to me after her death... As she doesn't Wana give her other child nething.... Also I Wana ask how to know whether house is on my mother's name? By share certificate? Pls help

If the property is in sole name of the Father, the legal heirs of father have to be brought on record. all legal heirs will have equal share in the fathers property.
In case property has to be transferred to Mom only, both children who also are entitled to a share should give no objection to the society and release n relinquish their rights and entitlement formally.
Subsequest to the Mom getting entire share, she can gift it in one childs name formally. Mother can also prepare a Will in favour of one child.
