After 2 successful sale deed, 40 years back Hakku Patra still need?

10-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi Sir/madam, We bought 30-40sqft plot in Gram Panchayath in 2010. In 1984 government had distributed the land under some scheme. Initially the person who got the hakku ptara (38 years ago) he sold his property (no Alienation clause on the Hakku Patra) and thereafter 2 successful sale deedProperty transfer on the same property is done. We carry all original sale deed and supporting documents until now. Now, for government land acquisition, Is 38 years back hakku patra mandatory? We have lost hakku patra, however have all previous sale deeds title deeds until now. To Prove the ownership to the government land acquisition department this 38 years back hakku patra is really required?
