Advise needed regarding Parent Document missing for a Dtcp plot.

I am about to buy a plot in a Dtcp Layout for which one of d parent documents of year 1991 is missing.Mother document is there .is it advisable to buy tat plot ??Will there be any issue in availing housing loan for d same??

You can apply for encumbrance certificate covering the entire period including the period of the missing parent document. This way you will get information on transaction. Based on that you can apply for certified copy of that missing document. At least you will have the certified copy.
