If the Property papers are duly registered than with the help of a lawyer you can restrain the other heirs from claiming that property. I would suggest you to contact a lawyer with all the documents pertaining to the property and after their scrutinisation, the lawyer shall help you further with the same.

If she (daughter) has a registered gift deed duly executed by the mother then there is no need to worry. She has to carefully keep all documents with her. Since when is the possession with the daughter? Has she been submitted revenue on the same? If yes, she should keep the copies of revenue receipts.

Hi, if she has the registry of the property in her favor then nothing can be done by other, she should keep all the documents related to the property intact with her, so that it can be proved and shown in any court of law.
