Adverse possession of agricultural land

21-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
I am defending an adverse possession claim on my agricultural land. They (plaintiffs) in other words adverse possessors of my agricultural land filed a suit against me for declaration of title and permanent injunction the relief claimed also applied for temporary injunction until disposal of the s which was dismissed by the trial court. Now they have appealed to apellant court for temporary injunction against trial court order. What can I expect moving forward? Waiting for your reply. Thank you.

you can continue with your present advocate as he/ she has defended you sufficiently well in the lower Court and is willing to do the same in the appeal Court. you can contact me if your present advocate is not welling to argue the matter in the appeal Court.
