After entering into an informal agreement, the buyer never turned up with balance money for purchase even after 5 months. finally I returned his advance by a cheque for full amount and he signed on the copy of cheque that he has recieved and agreement stands cancelled.
Now,after selling my property to other buyer, he sends notice saying he was promised, whic is ridiculous. Now what should we do ...?
okay I understand your questions your agreement what are all conditions mentioned in the agreement that is important under transfer of property act 1882ore over you jabe to give a reply notice to him ommidiate about all. what ever contamtion you have to know after that also he will file a case at. court you can contest the. case and file application rejection of plaint and get order from your side through court
