Address change or correction in property paper

In 1992 year, we bought property in east Delhi in which I am living with my family. In 1992 there was no address to any property on my street,so only khasra number is mentioned in property paper. In 1992 later, we copied and applied neighbor address for our address for all purposes from electricity to aadhar card. But now because of same address we face issues. How can I get my real address and how can I document it in property paper. Where should I go, And how much it will cost?
It is advisable to visit to the registrar office for the same and get the proper address registered for your property, in case they fail to do the same you can proceed with appropriate legal remedies for the same.
