Action against Secretary of Hsg Society

What action can I take against the secretary of Hsg Society who has been causing unnecessary harrassment to me on muliple counts? If 1 issues is addressed he comes up with a new one....
eg. I was stopped from using the life while going to 10th floor with a Pet stating I need to take stairs with the Pet.
Posters stuck all over society "Pets Not allowed" and verbal abuses by his friends.
My car was found with all tyres punctured in the parking area etc....
This is my response to you:
1. You can send them a legal notice;
2. They cannot restrict entry of pets in your flat;
3. If you are facing other harassments relating to damage to your car then you can call for cctv records;
4. Consult a local lawyer and take steps.

Hi! You should send him a notice regarding this claiming harassment caused to you. Whether this was mentioned in your contract with the housing society ? Let me know if you want to proceed with the notice as this will compel him to follow his legal obligations.
