Acquisition of Govt. Land on lease for teak plantation. What to do ?

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I am an alumnus of IIM Indore( 2015-2017). I want to do teak plantation (sagwan tree) on a large scale at Ranchi( or near by districts). I don't have that much of land. So, I want to acquire Govt. Land of around 200 acres for 12-15 years. Please help me in showing the ways for the same. Thanks and Best Regards, Sumant Kumar IIM Indore.
Dear Client.....
In order to acquire Govt land you need to take permission from the Govt and then acquire the same after taking lease from Govt ...
If you just acquire land without any permission any time in course of your action Govt may acquire the land and you shall have nothing in hand.
