Recent judgements of High Court are in the line that in alter to cancel anything release are gifted to anybody the document itself should have had the condition. therefore you cannot use Senior Citizen's Act to get this release deeds cancelled. if you meet me with the documents that you signed and other details of the case I can try to do something.
