Accepted bayana what is the next step to sell the shop
23-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
My mother fixed a deal for our shop. We accepted the bayana. Now, my mother is in coma and according to doctor, she will remain in her current state forever. Date of completion of deal is coming close. Please guide me regarding next step. My brother and me are the only legal heirs of my mother.
You can consult your lawyer for further advice and request the purchaser for more time , explaining your difficulty. If he does not agree ...you may approach the court and get letter of Administration and execute the same on explained medical grounds.
best regards
