AC stay order cancellation....,................

I got stay order from the AC, because my opposite party did fraud documents. They are trying to vacate my stay order. Who can cancel my stay order. ? Does DC have a power to cancel the AC stay order. If stay order cancelled, will I get a notice ? Please answer.

As you informed, you are under shelter of stay. Here he can file an application to vacating imterim stay order before AC only or he can appeal the stay order in higher courts.
