About the cost and procedure of filing a partition suit

18-Oct-2023 (In Property Law)
We got undivided property on my late grandmother name. She got 6 hiers out of which 2 died without family and am the elder daughter of my grandmother's daughter. They are telling that they wont give equal share in the property. So I would like to file a partition suit. I want to know the procedure and the estimated cost of filing a suit.

All the legal heirs are entitled to the property unless it is written otherwise. If you have relevant evidence regarding heirship and entitlement then the legal heir who is aggrieved can file a suit for partition of the property in dispute. Fee can be discussed in person.
