Question :
1. Can this agreement be registered in Gurgaon, Haryana Sub-registrar's office ?
Or it has to be made in Delhi ONLY ?
2.Which one is better ? Delhi or Haryana from legal standpoint of resolving any future dispute.

Since the property in question is situated in Delhi the agreement with respect to the same be registered in Delhi only. Delhi would be better from the legal point of view in case of dispute in future if any
