I had sold my house for 12.5 lakhs. But the sale deed amount is 5 lakh. Now the buyer is saying that he will pay 5 lakh before registration through internet banking and will pay rest 7.5 lakh after the registration by internet banking. What to do next if he fails to pay the balance amount after registration?

my advice is that you shall not transfer the property without getting the balance sale consideration. once the deed is executed you will be constrained to initiate legal action without the ownership of property
