About making a will for a property

Can I make a will for a hereditary property which is already under litigation ? I don’t have any heirs. I would like to make a will to my brothers without including my sister.

you can write a will to any property which does not belong to you also even if it is a litigation after death only which you belongs only will devol as per the will cause of the normal succession act whatever things happen to the normal succession act the transfer of ownership the same happened to the will also
