About grand daughter rights in her grandmother property

Hello sir..plz help me...my husband have a agricultureland.but now he gives his property to his mother...and we have one daughter.. plz tell me about the grand daughter rights in grandmother property.

If the property is coming from forefathers grand daughter has birth right in the property along with her father who can only give his share to his mother. In case of self acquired property the owner has the right to give to any body.
