About getting the blro mutation certificate procedure

My mother purchased an agricultural land in the year 1993, it is under maheshtala municipality, her name is showing in bllro records online, but we don't have blro mutation . can I get it now ? What is the procedure.Your suggestions would be precious.
yes you can apply for bllro mutation now. I can definitely help you through the process and procedures of mutation but for that you need to have few documents. ownership deed, chain deeds, site plan, last tax receipts and etc. Few affidavits are required as per prescribed forms.
