About common wall with neighbor..

We have common wall with our neighbor about (Mean 6.5 inch and 6.5 inch wall both side) and after some time and we have only ground floor but they constructed the 1st floor on our wall now we have no wall to construct the 1st floor what should we do
And we both belong to hindu religion...

you can file criminal complaint as well as civil suit for damages and appointment of an expert through court for enabling you to construct the first floor and force your neighbour for paying the cost of the same and any additional cost for doing the same. assumed the construction by neighbour has already been completed.
