Dear Client, you cannot stop anybody from initiating any legal action. That is against law. But you can certainly ask bank to handover the money to your father being nominee. But as now the banker knows that there is a dispute qua title to assets of account holder as such bankcan refuse the same. Please remember, the nominee is just hand to receive the sum. Even if you get money from bank then also your father's sister can ask for her share in that money.
