I m living in Delhi Last 5years and immovable property is in uttar pradesh.can a ragister a will in Delhi , i have voter id in Delhi and adhar card.

Yes, you can register your Will in Delhi, as long as you have proof of residence. Wills need not be registered in the place where the property is located. It can be registered where the Will maker is currently residing.
