That person has tranferred all the victims properties in his and others related to him,promised to return after some duration.but retuned some and others he sold out without intimating.How the judgement may come.fir is filed.
hi if he had sold some of the properties to other people then you could file petition in court to sell the properties as null and void and need to see the status of the FIR and whether chargeheet had been filed or not in the case
