A building is approved for G+2 floors, but constructed G+5 floor

A building is approved for G+2 floors, but constructed G+5 floor in the year 2021 near Park circus Kolkata.
Now some one (outsider) filed a case against this constructed building that this building is constructed as illegal and he demanded to demolished at High Court.
Will this building demolished or if not then what's the process to take the action to avoid demolished process or what is my steps against received notice from their lawyer of today hearing date.
dear client as per your query since since it's illegal building as it was not approved for G+5 but still got constructed then it's difficult to save as notice was served you need to appear in court room..
