4th Floor Owner not allowing To Go Roof & Locked

Dear Team, we had one ancient ancestors property in which 3 brother Family were staying & having equal rights. now we renovated OLD building into new Bld with 4 Flts in which one flat sold to dealer for making & 15 Lacs additional. now, 4th Flr owner locked the roof & made one separate room on the roof by dealer & he is not allowing to anyone to go on roof to take sunbath, to put wet clothes on roof & for fresh morning Air etc. although, he has not full right of roof. Pls Advice 8851311612

You should take a detailed consultation from a lawyer for your ongoing issue. In case the 4rth floor owner does not have a Terrace right he cannot stop you from accessing the roof. Do get a legal notice issued followed by a Suit

If he doesn’t have roof rights then you need to hire an advocate to issue him a legal notice followed by suit for injunction & damages etc
You can even get the police complaint drafted in this regard and a complain h go Mcd for illegal construction of trim etc
