it is happened in taluka mahad dist raigad- we have purchased property from my cosin (our famaly properti) but before that she was sold to some body and we also buy it and 7/12 on our one name but surch report not with us and paper advertising not with us now he claming and court case 418,420,468,471,34 and case filed under 156
now what to do?

If the FIR has been registered by the police you will have to seek an anticipatory bail( Atak Purva Jamin) from the local sessions court as there can be arrest in this case since the charges are very serious. Also you can file criminal writ petition for quashing of the FIR before the Hon'ble High Court under section 482 of the CRPC and seek a stay from arrest and charge sheet being filed in the matter by the police.
