My grand mother give his property by registered vilunama for her three sons.
After death of my grand mother my dad registered on me by gift deed registration.
I want municipal tax on that but they said three sons agree that vilunama then we make tax bivercation.
My question registration on me done by taking 70000 govt challana in register office.
But taxation on that property is based on my rivals
Is it fair .
Their is no mutual understand between these three sons.
hi first need to see whether the property is equally divided between the persons and if you want to get tax in the name of municipal records without obtaining NOC from other brothers then you could approach court for relief
