2nd floor owner claiming Roof rights but not showing evidence

we live on ground floor in a builder floor in west delhi, 2nd floor owner has put a lock on roof entrance and refusing to even show property papers to prove that he actually has roof rights, he also has many issues in opening roof for repair and maintenance work, our building was constructed 30+ yrs ago when there was not law of roof right and constrction of third floor pls suggest

hello client as you are saying tht the owner of second floor is creating issues in your day to day activities by putting a lock on the name of roof rights and not even proving by showing papers in this matter you need not to get worried for construction as weĺl we have solution for this issue so tht in future you should not havd these isaue ever again solution is there but we need to move through court.

You certainly have roof rights if it’s not mentioned in your documents or his documents ‘ u need to send him legal notice n file a suit for injunction to get it unlocked …don’t fight with him ..use legal path to solve it ..plz b in touch asap ..
