जहां ऐसा आदेश एकपक्षीय या व्यतिक्रम में पारित किया गया है परन्तु यह कि एकपक्षीय या व्यतिक्रम में पारित आदेश से क्षुब्ध पक्षकार ऐसे आदेश के दिनाक से तीस दिन की अवधि के अन्दर उस आदेश को अपास्त कराने के लिये प्रार्थना पत्र दे सकता है परन्तु यह और कि ऐसा कोई आदेश उस पक्षकार को जिसके पक्ष में आदेश किया गया है, उपस्थित होने एवं इसके समर्थन में सुने जाने के लिए पहले समन किये बिना उलटा या परिवर्तित नहीं किया जायेगा।
