2 Co-owners sell share in property without consent of other owners

4 Co owners (all siblings) of a plot of land with a building in Dadar west. 2 co owners transferred/sold their owner rights to a Developer via a Deed of assignment without the knowledge or prior consent of the 2 co owners. Now the Developer owns a majority share. What legal recourse is there for the 2 co owners.
Without seeking the permission of other two Co Owners, whose Consent have not been obtained yet, the Builder cannot develop anyting on that parcel of Land, however, if he goes ahead to construct anything on such parcel of land without seeking the permission of balance existing owners, then such owners can file a Civil Suit against that Builder.
