2 brother bought 1 house now want to sale to settle dispute.

We 2 brothers bought 1 house of 22Lacs with loan of 19 lacs in 2010. We did not declare share in property in registry. Bank sanctioned 18 lacs for me and 1 lac for my brother. For last 9yrs I paid loan installment. Now we want to sale it bcoz of dispute. What is my % share in this house now.
You own only half of the plot, as per the papers. To stake a claim proportionate to your contribution paid by you towards this property, you need to prefer a declaration suit and seek a declaration from the court that you’re a majority owner
