Total legal hiers 4 but 1 among them missing before 25 years mentally challenged and also unmarried now we have obtained non traceable certificate with the old FiR routed by high court directions
Pls confirm after partition deed registeration whether separated land owners can avail bank loans without any legal issues
Yes once the Partition has been effected and the title of the properties is clear with respect to their owners then bank pans can be availed. Documents with respect to that should be clear. On production of the same loan can be availed.
