Want a legal advice on muslim personal law

Ye mera 2nd nikaah hai but mere husband ka 5th nikaah hai 1st wife se unka devorce ho chuka hai 2nd ka court me case chal raha hai.. do biwiyaan unki shiyaa hain.. aur shiya mazhab hi follow karti hain Main aur mere husband sunni muslim hain.. i wnt to know kya mera unse nikaah valid hai aur wo dono shiya biwiyaa muslim nhi hui unse unka nikaah valid hai pl advice me meri zindgi aur maut ka sawaal hai kya karu kuch samajh nhi aa raha hai
First of all dnt wry about any typ of worst situation. Every situaltion have solution.
Aapka unse nikah sahi hai.
Baki 2 wife agar chahe shiya hai, Lekin nikah proper tarike se hua hai wo b nikah sahi hai.

And ur fifth wife of ur husband
So question here is whether ur husband's first wife give divorce and then u married him or u married and then 1st wife gave divorce...
This is crutial as fifth marriage while existence of fourth marriage
