The first wife filed a maintenance case after refusing to live with me

I m central government employee My nikah held on 14.03.2007.but she refused to stay with me.how ever we got babygirl on 17.01.2009.after that I staying alone in. we never talk each other above 3years.after that she refused to stay with me.because of needs I again marriage on 04.11.2012.now I am spending happy life with my 2nd wife and our two childrens .now 1st wife filed maintenance case.is there any problems for my government job.
Even though a Muslim can have four wives at a time When he is in government service he must follow the service rules and shall not violate service conditions Accordingly bigamy is a disqualification and a ground to remove him from service after holding an inquiry as per rules
