Talaq e Hasan is not invalid in the meaning of Muslim protection marri

talaq’ pronounced thrice at the gap of 01-nmonth each, viz. talaq-e-hasan, is not invalid within the meaning of thenMuslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage)
It seems there is some misconception in this regard. Muslim protection of rights in marriages act doesn’t have anything to do with Talaq Hasan!
