Dear Lawyer,
Mera naam Sanu Ahmed hai, aur main apni shaadi mein trust issues ke wajah se bahut pareshan hoon. Hamare beech samajhdaari aur communication khatam ho chuki hai, aur saath rehna mushkil ho gaya hai. Maine kai baar apni taraf se efforts kiye hain, lekin ab lagta hai ki rishta aage nahi badh raha.
Mujhe legal advice chahiye ki main apni safety aur rights kaise protect kar sakta hoon, aur agar main separation ya divorce lena chahoon toh iska legal process kya hoga?
Aap agar Uttarakhand me rahne vale hai to apni wife ke khilaf divorce ka case family court me dal sakte hai or agar aap kisi dusre state me rahte hai to har 30 din ke antral me ek divorce ka notice bhej ker kul 3 notice bhejne ke baad family court me divorce ke declaration lene ke liye case file ker sakte hai
