madam this suggestion only. when your father died in the year1978. Why you are too much late for not taking of appropriate steps for division of property , first you have to approach advocate to be filed partition suit before the honble dist. Court as your value of the suit above 15 laks as per the jurisdiction, and cancellation of all documents as your brother s sold the said property. For divisions of shares where you have not mentioned about your mother is alive or not . If she is alive her share in total property is 1/8,Ac12.50 (1/8÷100=12.50,balance is 12.50-1000=87.50). In balance Acs. Aftet division and deducted you mother's share then the division into 14 shares (each share 87.50 ÷14= 6.25) two shares goes to your brothers each (2× 3= 6 = total brothers) balance each one share goes to each sister( 1×8 =8). Then as per ratio in one share goes to your expired sister again division of that one share in to her childrens and her husband, there into division of that one said share into1/4 share goes to her husband then one share each female and two shares goes to each male as above calculatation. If you mother also died long back. For divisions of shares, two share goes to each male person , one share goes to each female (100÷11= 9.09090) divided asper this ratio.
