Qula issue of my daughter whom I had given to cousin after birth .

Now she is married but her present parents are forcing her to remarry other person without qula under Muslim personal law.can please suggest us how to stop this happening haram
please specify the facts correctly and in depth otherwise, can't advice without knowing the incidents happened from time to time and the acts and measures to be taken upon and actual remdial house to get correct remedy
