pronounced talaq by registered post how should i proceed now

dear sir/Mam,I had sent a letter with a DD for Iddath a month back pronouncing TALAQ through registered post with ack just a 10days before sending letter i filed a complaint in PLS requesting that they are demanding high cost for talaq want my wife to talk with me since my local lawyer had done sofar to save me from 498a being registered by them Since i had sent talaq,... can i get the divorce from PLS itself, for comprimise they are demanding huge amount which i cant pay nor had i taken a penny of dowry from them no how should i move to make my self safe from every pit of
First of all there is no reason for compromise especially if you have already pronounced Talaq and have communicated your decision to her. Further since you have already sent the Iddat amount also, there is nothing more you can do about it. Please ensure whether you have settled the Meher amount to her as per the marriage agreement.
The demand for huge amount for compromise is nothing but an extortion, you may secure evidence for this demand and lodge a complaint with the same police that these people are blackmailing you by placing a huge demand for money to settle the matrimonial dispute in a compromised manner which you cannot afford hence they are threatening to push you and your close relatives behind bars on false 498a and dowry demand cases. You get an acknowledgement for your complaint and can use this acknowledgement for obtaining anticipatory bail in case they proceed with the said false criminal cases against you. Be in touch with your lawyer, if your lawyer is not cooperating, you may change your lawyer and engage a better person with integrity.
