Procedure talaq on grounds of violence and threat from bride's family

Hi My self Noormohamed.K, Engineer working at Coimbatore. I was married to Nafila on Dec 4 2016 and registered at sunnath val jamath Masjid Vadugankalipalayam, near tirupur, tamilnadu . She has been compelled for marriage and had career interests. Right from the Day 1 of Marriage there are lots of misconduct and abusive words uttered from her towards each one of our family. ​She is not accepting any of my decisions and does not fulfill my needs and deny to return to my home. If I go to take her back, I was abused and threaten to death by their family members. So i want to get Talaq, but her family members are part of the masjid Administration. Her uncle is member IUML and also have influence in Local MLA and DMK. So I will not get fair justice and i may be attacked. i was formerly threatened for attack and have been threatened with police. Kindly advice whom to approah for divorce, local masjid or family court through lawyer. how to prevent false dowry case if they file?
