Procedure of divorce by wife in Muslim law

My age 28 years. wife age 20 years, Muslim married time 9 months Mother, me & wife(3).salaried person earning 10k P.M ,mother age 55 yrs,.pls suggest me as per Indian and muslim law, No child. no solution found after sitting elders of both parties one day due to certain arguments wife has give me khula and tripple talaq orally and to her family members she is refusing that i didnt said. at the time of khula and talaq my mother was the witness.please suggest khula and talawq given by wife is khula and talak taken place. she is staying with her parents now and taken all her clothes ad jewellery also from house.Now his family is saying we said to sit at her father place. If i want to divorce her what are the liabilities from myside as per law. Does she can claim in properties.No properties belongs to me its owned by my mother. what about maintenance after divorce. She is asking for her documents like birth and leaving certificate passport should i give it to her. pls suggest

While just reading your query, your case seems pretty complicated. As far as triple talaq and khulla is considered, then ratio of female witness, you need two female witnesses for one male. Here in your case, you have only your mom.
If you file divorce case, then you wife will file 498(A), DVR and maintenance against you.
After having divorce you have to give maintenance to your wife.
As far as her documents are considered, don't give her any documents.
