Hello Sir, my question is I want to take divorce from husband as he married me forcefully with the help of my family 13 years ago, and always tried to control me he makes hurdles for me in my career too always tortures me mentally, alleged me of extra marital affairs, he has made my life he'll. Please suggest me how can I take divorce from him.

You can file Divorce Petition in Family Court of your district Court in addition to this you can meet any Qazi for Khula but by taking Khula you will not be able to claim any amount of maintenance or loss of property or Jahez given at the time of marriage.
