There are lots of point for divorce in Muslim Personal Law. You can file Divorce Petition in Family Court of your district Court in addition to this you can meet any Qazi for Khula but by taking Khula you will not be able to claim any amount of maintenance or loss of property or Jahez given at the time of marriage.
